Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING:

United States:

We ship using USPS Mailing systems, Additional services can be applied upon request..  There will be a standard shipping and handling charge of $4.95.


International Shipping:

In order to expedite your order and keep your shipping costs to a minimum, our international orders will be shipped directly from our manufacturer.  In this way, we can keep your shipping cost to an absolute minimum with a special fixed rate for all international shipping.

A fixed shipping rate of USD $15.00 applies to all finalized international orders.

Customs:

PLEASE NOTE:  It is normal practice when tracking your items to see "handed over to customs" upon arrival to your country.  In most cases, your items will be released within a few days. 

In the unlikely event your items are seized for a period of 30 days, we will attempt a  
second time to reship a replacement at no extra charge. 

We always try to ship without prominent packaging or user manuals that make unsubstantiated health claims. 

Our typical time from processing to dispatching your order is 1-3 days after receipt of payment. We will attempt to keep you informed of any problems that arise that may cause delays to your order. 

Customers are issued a tracking number after dispatch which can be checked via the courier’s website. Tracking information is not always available until after a few days.  Please be patient as some orders are received before showing any tracking information. 

Typical transit times from delivery agents vary greatly depending on your area and the individual carrier. Please be patient and allow 7-10 business days from the time of dispatch to delivery to avoid disappointment. 


WARRANTY: 

REUSABLE:

We test all batteries,atomizers and all other products before sending them out to you. 

In the unlikely event that one does fail, we offer a 14-day "hassle free" warranty on our e-cigarette parts. 

If we are notified within a period of 14 days from the original date of confirmed delivery that your battery, atomizer or charger is deemed to have failed through poor manufacturing, we will refund or credit (less shipping fees incurred) the original purchase price of the failed part upon the receipt of your returned failed part to Ikenvape.

However, please note that consumables such as e-liquid and carts are not warranted nor are the painted surfaces against scratches and chipping.

 
*CHAMELEON* free button replacement service is valid One Year from date of purchase.  Must have order number and shipping information to receive service. 

 *PLEASE NOTE** Due to the amount of small pieces and the risks ran by losing any of them. Disassembling the button sector will result in loss of warranty. Gouges, dents, any bodily damage also void warranty for return services.
